For Radagon, use Blasphemous Blade’s ash. Fire is a counter to Holy and the BB heals on damage with it’s ash. You can steam roll radagon. EB is a lil tougher

Three tricks to fighting Malenia: 1: she has like, no poise. At all. Most weapons with some heft behind them will interrupt her attacks. 2: chucking a Freezing Pot at her as she’s winding up Waterfowl Dance or the phase 2 butterfly clone assault will knock her out of it. (Any spawned clones will remain out until they’ve done their attacks, though!!) 3: NEVER assume that victory is assured. She can and WILL pull nonsense on you at a moment’s notice.

Another one is (this will be difficult to master a bit or time it right) when she is about to begin Waterfowl Dance: The first phase of the dance, roll or run away. When she begins the 2nd one or winds up. You run or roll into it and then do the same for the 3rd. It's hard to do and gets frustrating but it's worth it once you get the timings and hitbox of Waterfowl Dance dodging. I only did this once and then died immediately right after.
