⭐BEST OF⭐INSTANT POT RECIPES | 5 FAMILY FAVORITE INSTANT POT DINNERS

I'm so glad you are here to watch this compilation of some of our favorite Instant Pot dinners! I haven't been feeling my best this week, so I couldn't film new dinners so I thought I'd make another Best Of type video for your reference!

1 chuck roast
1 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
1 tbsp chili flakes (korean or regular- doesn’t matter)
1 tbsp of ginger paste
1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
1 pear, unpeeled and grated.
1 bag asian salad kit (taylor farms brand is the best)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 package fajita size tortillas
marinate the beef with the soy sauce, oil, sugar, chili flakes, ginger, garlic, and grated pear 4 hours to overnight. when done marinating, dump the entire contents into the instant pot. set for forty minutes on high pressure, with a quick or natural release (up to your convenience). when the meat is done cooking shred or dice into smaller pieces to be portioned into tacos. i usually do this in the marinade while they’re still in the instant pot, so the meat can be quickly grabbed with tongs and doesn’t dry out.
while the beef is cooking, dump the asian salad mix into a large bowl, only using 1/2 of the included dressing. add your mayo and sriracha and stir until you have a creamy spicy slaw. toast your tortillas in a pan or microwave them to get them warm. pile beef and slaw into tortillas and eat! it’s really that easy and so so so delicious and flavorful.
this recipe is also delicious with cilantro lime rice, eaten as a burrito bowl with a side of fresh kimchi.

Dear Mandy , I know this video is an older one but I hope you get this comment . I’m sitting beside my husbands hospital bed . He just had a double lung transplant. I’m watching your videos trying not to cry . It’s hard to see him so sick , hooked up to so many machines. He will be tube fed for at least the first three months post surgery. But when he can start to eat again I will definitely be making some of these recipes for him . Just want you to know that this video has helped get me through a very difficult day . Thankyou ❤

My grandma would have a heart attack! She was a young mom with my dad (his father just up and left) during the depression. When she taught me to cook, I was never to waste. I always, always had to rinse the cans out with the water or broth I was using in the recipe. She was a hoot and I loved her dearly.

I made the Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Beef Stroganoff, Lasagna Soup and all were quite tasty! I made the Korean BBQ Tacos last night, and my fiancé was still talking about it today as well as already trying to plan when I’m going to make them again! I always feel comfortable trying these recipes after your family has made them because we like the same flavor profiles and meal types. It had been a while since I used my Instant Pot, too. I'm obsessed with my instant pot!! I can't cook chicken any other way !( I just put frozen chicken and a cup of broth and dry seasoning and cook for 25 min and slow relise and I love how it tender and shreds apart) I you mandy! I swear your cat is channeling a dog! 😂 I’ve had cats all my life, and never had one loiter by the kitchen and table that way. Adorable! 🥰 I’ve been wanting to try Korean BBQ and this recipe looks perfect. I was so intimidated by my instant pot, I left it in the box box for months 🤣 until I stumbled onto a channel with lots of beginner videos. Got brave, got a few burn notices, put some yellow masking tape by the Venting side of the lever, and learned if I can smell the food it might be venting. Kudos for moving ahead with yours. Thanks for a fun video and delicious recipes to try.

I bought my first instant pot over a year ago. There was so many to choose from. I read reviews and they had a new one with a air fryer lids attachment so I went big and got that in a 8qt and it is just me but I did not care how big it was. Still did it's job. I too was afraid but now I love it. The first meal I made was a full chicken. Pressure cooked it and then placed air fryer lid on to make make my chicken fried and crispy. The chicken was so juicy. My second meal was beef stroganoff I used beef stew meat and everything else that you used on this meal let me tell you the meat was so tender and fell apart in your mouth I absolutely loved the beef stroganoff recipe next time I made it I made it for my mom she absolutely loved it she hadn't had beef stroganoff in a long time and when I told her I cooked it in my instant pot she was amazed so last Christmas I bought my mom an instant pot she too is afraid to use it I have to push her and be more comfortable with it but I'll get her into it like I did thank you Mandy for putting all your most videos that you liked for the instant pot I will sure try the rest but the beef stroganoff yes best ever.

My husband brought her home thinking he would raise her as a outside cat. My brother and I both kept telling him something would kill her. She is mostly a inside cat now, LOL. Hey Mandy! Love your videos. Not sure if anyone told you but you can use a binder clip with your instant pot to keep it from spinning. Just clip the inner pot to the outer pot. 😁

Just made the beef stroganoff and we loved it! With 1/3 cup lowfat sour cream, 97/3 ground beef and low sodium broth it's under 500 calories a serving and makes 4 servings! Highly recommend!

You were SO funny when you released the steam the first time!! It reminded me of the very first time I did the same thing using a regular pressure cooker over 50 years ago!! Bless your heart! 💖🌸 🥰. Let me give you one hint, (learned the hard way)!! 🤣. If you have tomatoes inside your cooker, don’t release the steam near your cabinets, bc they’ll turn RED!! 🤣. I now put a wet, clean dishcloth over the steam release, to catch the red steam! You always do an awesome video with your side-kick/taste-tester!!! 🥰🎉🙏🏼

Hey Mandy! I know by this time you’re feeling better and have also gotten much more comfortable using your Instant Pot…it took me awhile to not be afraid of it too but I figured if hundreds of people could use it successfully so could I so after buying and giving two away, I started watching KZbin and now own two more, a 3 qt and a 6 qt and look for ways to “play” with them…the venting scared me to death so I bought a Minion diverter which saved me and my upper kitchen cabinets!!!

Try adding paprika (it’s a main ingredient in stroganoff) as well as parsely. If your son doesn’t like mushrooms just put them in food processor and let’s them cook with the meat and seasonings to get a lovely flavour

I’ve made the chicken fried rice many times since you first tried it. I use a bag of frozen mixed veggies so no chopping and put the eggs in at the end. It makes it all a little easier and so yummy!! Thanks for all your videos.

I find that any meats almost always benefit from a slow release when using the instant pot. The same idea as letting it rest once it is cooked.
