I have cooked for people who ate it all up and didn't say a word afterwards. If I said "Did you like it?" they replied "I ate it all, didn't I?" How deflating! I think the reward for trying to make good meals is the comments afterwards. I love how Steve is so appreciative of a tasty meal and even goes into raputures about what he liked. How inspiring to keep on cookin' for a man like that. It's a pleasure to cook for someone who shows their appreciation. Love your receipes and loving atmosphere. Two things that made me absolutely giggle watching this video. When you were petting Gracie's head, she was all good, but when Steven started doing it, the sound that came out of her was like "DON'T TOUCH!" 😂😂😂 And his introduction to the Korean BBQ chicken, it reminded me of the Mortal Kombat game, so I was so waiting for him to say "Finish him!" 😂😂😂

I made The Marvette’s chicken and green beans yesterday. It was phenomenal. Easy to make and delicious. Today I’m making the mini bbq meatloaf . Use a tablespoon or two of gochujang instead of the pepper flakes. You will absolutely love it! It is a Korean cooking staple and I am never without it! You can also use the leftover meat in quesadillas or rice bowls. I always double my recipe.

Try the binder clip "hack" to hold your inner pot in place while sautéing/ stirring in the Instant Pot. Just need a binder clip large enough to secure the pot to the outer edge of your pressure cooker and it holds it secure. Works great!
