We love Gracie Lou. Today it was hard seeing her because yesterday we said goodbye to our Fuzz Butt. He was almost 16 years old and loved cheese too. Every time we see Gracie we always think of how much she is like our Fuzzy. Seeing her today hurt but made me smile too because she reminds us so much of our Fuzz. Thank you for sharing her with us. I use the Pioneer Woman's cheat when it comes to the dough but follow your recipe for everything else. She uses Rhodes Bake-N-serve bread dough, from the freezer section. Just a tip on the pizza dough that I learned watching someone else's yt video on making pizza dough. I had the same thing happen to me that happened to you when I started making homemade pizza. 🤣 He taught to never use a rolling pin on pizza dough. Always use your fingers and don't use flour on the counter because it dries out the dough. Just put it on the counter and work it with your fingers to the shape you want it. I make my pizzas like the pizza hut iron skillet pizza. It's so scrumptious 😍

Mandy I agree, bless your heart. Next time with the dough cut down both sides of the package so that the dough comes out intact like it is in the package. If you find the dough fighting you when you try to roll it out. Cover and let rest for about 10 min to allow the gluten to relax. Hooecthis gelps.

I know of an easy way to stretch the dough for Stromboli. Get a sheet pan and grease it with shortening. For some reason only shortening will work. Stretch the dough with your fingers to the desired size. The shortening holds dough so that it stays put and does not shrink back. Just fill and roll your Stromboli on the pan. And then bake it there, too!

These recipes look really great. Since last October, (I had heart failure, due to Covid the doctors think) I really have to cut my sodium and certain foods like bacon, soy sauce, and some cheeses. That makes it hard for someone who almost became a professional chef ( got married and had a family instead. God is good and I have no regrets). All that being said, I follow your recipes as closely as I can, with little tweaks here and there. So glad I found your channel about two months ago. The love of Christ shines through your home.
