Eh, the source material arguably isn't THAT great to begin with and when you take into consideration downloading it, then rendering it through a video editing program then uploading it to KZbin of course it'll take a toll on the video quality.

Has KBR ever fought RyanLV or IHeartJustice?

Only time I played against RyanLV was at Undefeated 2015, a couple of weeks before the Evo I won, so that was before he became prime RyanLV. I don't remember if I lost to him or Cloud on winners bracket, but I beat both of them to win that tournament coming from losers, but I played team PR Rog against them. Sadly there's no footage of the event, only an exhibition I played against Clockwork. In the case of Iheartjustice, I have an extremely good track record against him, but it's been a while since we have played, and he remains active, while literally my only instances of Marvel 3 on the past 2 years have been Undefeated 2019 and Reflex 10k in March 2020. Remember I live in South America where the game is not active at all anymore.

Hulk and sentinel are high tier, haggar is mid/low tier. To see the actual mugen level broken tier chars, see vergil, zero and morrigan. The high/top tiers are really good, but lower tiers are also powerful when compared to other fighting game chars. If you put one of umvc3's bottom tiers into pretty much any other fighting game (except for other marvel games, fighterZ and maybe the guilty gear franchise), they would be high tiers at least. Game's busted but also fun lol
