I keep hearing people say that Techno was really funny as Sir Billiam, but he DEFINITELY was great for the role. Dream is a bit too petty to play those kinds of characters (as we saw with Francis), and nobody has the full caliber to play those types of characters except for (apparently) the college dropout.
