I appreciated your investigation of Aegon and his parents’ impact on his behavior. For me it raises some important questions and has a bit of the “which came first, the dragon or the egg”. I do think there’s a lot more nurture than nature in him, but I also think back to GOT and Tommen. A genuine psychopath who is given a big playground. Thanks for the thoughtful insights. Looking forward to more :)

I never thought I'd see something where Matt Smith absolutely kills every scene he's in and hes STILL not the best actor. Paddy Considine was simply PERFECT in HOTD and his speech at the dinner deserved an emmy all by itself.

Hey Saint, did you cut the segment showing the comment explaining how one the dinner music is two discordant melodies until a third melody, constantly shifting and changing, brings them together into harmony - comparing it to Viserys and the two sides of his family It is entirely possible my adhd brain completely missed it but I can’t find it in this reupload

8:32 no ill will lol. That is a clear misrepresentation. She would've done away with her had the maid been louder about it. 10:29 exactly why i say she doesn't care about the maid at all. Because saving her rapist son is her top priority. And she loves him still because she actually thinks deep down that boys will be boys. And I don't think she views her relationship with Viserys as rape. She hates that she had to sleep with a rotting old man, but it is of her own choosing as she wants to be dutiful to her father, whom she thinks at the time has her best interests at heart. Hence why she expects Rhaenyra to toll away like her.
