In between those there are chart reviews, med fills/refills, etc.and some, not all of these folks are medical/PA/NP students hitting all the boxes to include a full neuro exam in basic primary care clinicals. Some of this other crap looks outrageous and has no medical reason... like porn actors trying to act like doctors. Sometimes weird stuff pops into my feed but I hope I answered your question.
