A long weekend adventure to activity packed Virginia Beach introduced us to some amazing beaches and indoor skydiving (a first for us). Awesome! We won't have any Nova Scotia videos for a while because we have a quite a backlog of New Zealand and Indonesia footage to work through. But we do plan to start making some Canada videos at some point next year. We were just in Cape Breton this weekend, there will definitely be some photos on Instagram and we were snapchating while we were there also. I don't know if Jenna plans to write a blog about it or not.

Hi guys :) I just found your channel today and started to watch all your great videos. I'm from Germany, studying at the moment in Austria surrounded by the Alps. My plan was to move after my studies to North America (probably west coast, probably Canada, Vancouver would be great) but I'm still very open minded regarding "where to go". Sooo after all, can you call any reasons FOR Canada or FOR New Zealand (or even cons)? Oh yeah, and I love skiing above all else ;P

Hey, I love Austria. I was in Graz for work once, such a beautiful place with a lot of character (and a cool standing wave for surfing). NZ and Canada are very similar culture wise, it didn't feel that different when we arrived in NZ compared to Canada. Canada is definitely significantly better for skiing, the snow is drier and flufflier and Canada get a lot more than NZ ski hills. The best ski conditions are in the interior of the rockies (Golden/Banff type area). Cons of Canada are that it's difficult to see the whole country because it is very spread out. I think of NZ as Canada squished into a much smaller area which makes it easier and more accessible to do a lot of different things. NZ wins for overall diversity of things to do. But Canada kicks NZ's butt for skiing.

thanks Michael we put a lot of effort into our videos so it's great to know they are appreciated. I don't think there was any lack of appreciation on the supertramp team up. Those guys were really nice and we loved spending two weeks traveling around with them. They always showed their appreciation, even made a video their BTS channel promoting us and we still chat with them even now. If you are referring to the complications because the main video had to be taken down that had more to do with NZ tourism as they asked to have it taken down because of a flipped driving scene that made it look like our campervan was on the wrong side of the road. Unfortunate if anything but no ones fault really.

+screenager20 we actually recorded some talking scenes about oysters but unfortunately the files got corrupted. $250 of recovery software later I had partially fixed them but ended up not using them in the final edit. The next video or two likely won't have talking either but in a few months we have some that will.

combination of reasons the we outline in our blog but part of it was a desire to 'properly' explore Canada since we feel we neglected it a bit growing up and also to be closer to family and friends that we hadn't seen for a long time. We haven't ruled out moving back to NZ but if we did that it would be a number of years away.

Don't go if your windshield is cracked, these cheap shots gave me a huge ticket,for a 2 inch Crack in my windshield, then suspended my license,when I couldn't pay the 850 dollars
