My favourites are Lilo singing Defying gravity and Joana singing Popular! They were amazing! I loved the way Lilo seemed to tell a story with her voice, and I laughed so much listening to Joana singing Popular😂I do think everyone in this video did amazing though!

yes, its a hard psychic pressure... Possibly its why some sings behind a curtain. I had never know why some do it; but perhaps they simply ask for it. Some other singer I saw, closed his eyes the whole time, and opened them first when the song was done: and saw all four chairs were turned.

I loveeee them all so much but Francisco’s Defying Gravity hits different. He turned such a high pitched song into on3 of the best performances of this song I’ve ever seen! Amazing!❤

It might be because it's so hard to sing properly. As a mezzo I can't sing defying gravity without switching to falsetto but for that song you need such a powerful belt and mix.

From a music talent standpoint, the best rendition of Defying Gravity I have seen was by Beau Dermott from Britain's Got Talent. She absolutely killed that song and I dont thing anyone came close to her first audition. This is for talent shows.

Melodious songs sounds nice, and are usually easier to sing. But the judges / and here, the coaches, are extra fond of singers whom sing non melodious songs - but manage to keep the tone right the whole time. This becomes extra visible when they sing a capella. Just the own voice.

I can imagine the anxiety on the 6th girl when she couldn't do the defying gravity high note, she was doing good-

It sounds like she stopped supporting her voice with her diaphragm which is why it sounds closed up at the end before she stops herself. I don’t really watch this show anywhere so I have no clue about her journey but I hope she got more confident in herself, any high note to a singer even if they can sing it seems so daring and especially kids I’m sure they like their comfort zone. Especially on TV, I can’t imagine how scared she was.
