Problem: Why some companies like Jio first distribute free things which people don't like but start liking it after use. But when people become habitual they start charging. I think there should be a law where you can not free things. If you distribute them free then you can't raise it's charges rapidly and can't raise its charges to those other options which are available in market.

No much idea of others, but for Airtel app, user experience is very unfair. They have focused too much on recharge or buying service and least on status check like pack info, validity, balance check, etc. In the app, wherever you go, recharge or payment is everywhere on the screen. But it's too difficult to check your pack status. And many times, there are issues in the app, which avoids you from availing benefit like checking status or using Airtel UPI to save money with coupon.
