Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup Cornstarch
3/4 cup All purpose, flour
One large egg
2 Tbls Vegetable oil extra oil to fry chicken
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
2teaspoon baking powder
1/2. Cup Water plus 2 Tbls water
Sauce ⬇️⬇️
Katchup
Sugar
Soy Sauce
Water
Corn starch
Three. Fresh oranges.
You can also use orange juice if you like

best juice oranges are Valencia. they are sweet great flavor and produce a lot of juice. I recommend for cooking and for a fresh squeezed juice when needed. really great when making a cocktail too.

Gina I didn't know that cooking oil can go bad I didn't know that I am learning so much as I cook with you . This is the second item that I had to throw out my flour was no good it actually had living bugs in the flour. So I couldn't cook the orange chicken that day. Pray for me.
