I missed quite a few steps, threw the chicken thighs in for about 45 minutes. I started my Minute Rice about 40 minutes early, looked in the pantry, and saw some chicken corn chowder. Hmmm. Through the chicken corn chowder in with the rice, waiting on the thighs to get done. My wife doesn't appreciate thighs like I do, but who's cooking? 😆

Thank you Mrs Young. I made this tonight. My husband is very picky so it’s hard for me to find meals that he may like even though he comes home every night looking for a full meal!! I made this and I hope he,ll eat it. 1 note to others I’ve found that Sazon can make your meals very salty. I didn’t use any other salt but my dish came out saltier than I would like and I used the Success Brown rice and it took forever to soften in the dish. If I use Brown rice again I would par boil it first and then add it to the dish to finish cooking in the soup.

Yum! I also like chicken thighs the best...and I use Success Basmati rice...this is a great recipe! I like to make it on Saturday afternoon, put it in the fridge, and then heat it up after church on Sunday...and it makes the chicken even more flavorful to season the chicken the day before you plan to cook it, and put it in a zip lock bag in the fridge...and I sub mushrooms for the green peppers, as my family doesn't really like them...yummy delicious good!

Definitely going to try this!!!! For me though, I would have just added all of the seasonings together in a small bowl or ramekin then rubbed all side of the chicken together. Cleaning one small bowl would take less time than flipping the chicken over and re-seasoning. Either way, this looks amazing and I am all about adding great recipes to my arsenal. Love this channel.
