Laura, Bon Appétit Magazine used to have a feature where you could ask them to get recipes from restaurants. I don't know if they still do. I have tried for years to replicate the "Balinese Chicken" I used to eat when we would go to Kona, HI years ago. I asked Bon Appétit, but the restaurant wouldn't "spill the beans"... DogyTub the best way to maintain your weight is to eat a balanced diet and workout daily! That's what has worked for me. I enjoy food way too much to ever restrict myself so I just make sure to eat everything in moderation and stay active. :)
