I drink ice tea, tea and coffee (all black and no sugar) really love tea and coffee. I do not drink any sweetened drink except for green peace tea as a treat.

I know what you're talking about--I can never eat Dominoe's pizza ever again since about nine years ago I coincidentally had it right before I vomited from a stomach virus. It was Sausage and green pepper pizza, no other toppings. So needless to say today I ate a different brand of take out pizza because I cannot separate the memories

This is SUCH a good video, thank you! I think this is a very healthy attitude an plan - it's easy, it's simple, and if people really think this through, it will help and be effective in maintaining weight. This is really how we SHOULD be eating.

Also, my parents are from saudi (obviously le blanc isnt my last name lol) and i lived there for a few years and although i havent made your baklawa (thats how we pronounce it there) yet they certainly look like the ones id see in the bakeries back home :)
