Hey nishant, I have worked as sw developer from 2015-2019 for 4 years, after that i have been doing unskilled work(handling business) , so when i apply for express entry does it matter the that the work experience should be of recent years. Will my pr get rejected because i do not have recent work experience to show.

But the fee for studying in Canada as an international student is thrice the amount for a PR. So isn't it better to wait to get PR and then go study/work rather than pay thrice the tuition fee?

I am currently in my 3rd semester of Master (its a 1year course with 3 semesters) but now I have failed in 2 subjects, one in Sept semester and another one in Jan, now I have to retake those course again in sept and jan respectively to get the masters degree. If you can get more than 470 then there is a high possibility of PR. You may not have to go for study permit. But again it depends when draws will start for FSW program. So you might have to wait for a bit
