Bro…I have a 4K tv which I game on and have no problem pushing my 6900xt on high setting on 4K. The tv is 60Hz which I match my fps to. I work with what I have at the moment and it’s amazing with @kerneill settings. My system is Ryzen 9 5900xt/AMD 6900xt GPU ROG strix 550 gaming with trident 3600 2x16gb cl 14-14-14-14-34. DDR4. In about 2-3 yrs I’ll upgrade to DDR5.

Because it’s an online fps game. You want every advantage possible. Playing campaign games etc is a lot of fun on a good pc but having max settings in a fps could give you a small disadvantage which just isn’t worth the visuals. In my opinion at least anyway.

Is it true that if you put certain settings on the lowest quality that your CPU takes over and takes control of that setting rather than the GPU so for some people higher settings on some options are better as the CPU doesnt have to handle it?

That's not the right framework to look at it from. Your PC is a system, it acts as a team. If you are playing 2 on 2 basketball with a bad player on your team, you will always be at a disadvantage. Yes you can ball hog to cover up the bad player a bit but he will still slow you down compared to a team of 2 great players. Think of CPU and GPU and all PC components the same

in extreme cases. Its not so much your CPU trying to take over more so your GPU is being limited and not helping take the load off a CPU. You will see this if you have a older CPU , buy a new GPU and lower graphics, you may perform worse. Its also depends if the game is CPU or GPU dependent.

Appreciate the info, after this season 3 update my cpu was bottlenecking in the bench mark at 99%.. I have a 4090 and the i9-13900ks. my cores were set to 16.. my fps was shit, around 100 sometimes 80 in wz with your in game settings. I got most of my frames back after changing my thread count in the word document to 6 but im still bottle necking my cpu at 98% not sure whats causing this, or if its just with this wonderful update

Hey dude i have a 12900k. A-die Ram and a 4090 suprim x. Im only getting 340FPS average in the benchmark. My CPU is showing 335 max and GPU is showing 485 max. Im 99 percent bottlenecked. Surely the 13900k isnt giving you over 100FPS more??? Any tips? WIlling to pay.

The graphic settings within the game just broke the overall image in CoD. I can see lot's of weird pixels in certain areas of the game. It's like textures won't load or something. I've reset the graphic settings to the default values and the pixels are still there. Currently reinstalling the game because I couldn't fix the issue.

I got a 7900 xtx taichi oc edition and a ryzen 7 5800x 3200 cl16 ram and in cod benchmarks I only get about 270 fps but in game its waaaay lower and in warzone its about 160 average. I tried everything in this video and I wont get better fps. Can u help?

5800x is a bottleneck in warzone. Surprised you're even getting 160 average. 5000 series, other than 5800x3d, usually peaks around 130-140fps average.

​@HOODedDutchman 5800x isn't a true bottleneck if he's getting those frames at 1080p it's mostly because the gpu is not meant for 1080p gaming the card was intended for 1440p absolute lowest resolution and 4k as its primary target people just get these really powerful gpus to run all low 1080p and the card doesn't "work" for it hence then they complain about lower fps not knowing that the card or cpu is bounding cuz of it

FidelityFX CAS is just sharpening filter and your game is ran at native resolution. DLSS is an upscaler that runs your game at a much lower res and then upscales the image to your monitor's resolution giving you better performance with the cost of visual clarity.

for me the FPS decreased by 15-20% at the beginning of the match I constantly have 165 because I have so many Hz on the monitor. but in the match before we had fluctuations from 165-120 at least. now i have 140 max on the ground and sometimes it drops below 100fps 3070ti 😢
