Hello guy's, ShivNiketan pg galti se maat lena bahut jada hi charges hai and ha most important ek baar tum paise de doge then owner tumahara phir kabhi nahi sunega. He will take whole amount and later if you counter any problem then instead of solving he will say agar nahi jamta hai to next year se pg leave kar sakte ho... 95 k bilkul hi worth it nahi hai... When you will visit the pg owner along with whole family member will manipulate you but in reality they are totally opposite of it.. Pg location and environment is too good 👍 but yes owner and management issues 😕 Regards 2025 batch student experience of living in ShivNiketan Pg..

As a Second year kiet student, i can say many information shared in this video is misleading. Yes these are good PGs just near KIET gate but these are OVERPRICED. And they catch you in TRAP. But these are better affordable options for you : 1) In front of kiet, there are rented rooms for around 2000-3000/bed and yes you can pay them monthly. 2) If some walking distance of around 200-300m towards meerut, you can get flats/rented rooms in 3000-3500 per bed. 3) If you can adjust, there are still few pgs which gives good rooms in 4000 FOR DOUBLE sharing, 2000 PER HEAD. 4) Before taking any decision, just walk around SHIVAM VIHAR COLONY and RADHEY SHYAM COLONY. sorry sumit bhaiya, but please explore area properly before sharing. thanks me later :) Do ask questions in comments

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Must must must Read Everyone helpful for you all🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Hello Guy's... I would strongly advise against choosing ShivNiketan PG. Recently, a group of second-year students, who had been staying at this PG for two years, finished their university exams on August 27th. They were supposed to vacate the PG, but the students requested to move out in the morning of August 28th, similar to how college hostels and other hostels allow some relaxation time for shifting. However, the owner, along with his family, threw out the students' belongings at midnight. The owner also took one student into a room and physically assaulted him. The students called the police, but no action was taken. The owner immediately deleted all CCTV footage that recorded the incident. He also called the students' parents, falsely claiming that their children were drunk, bringing girls around, and were causing trouble, in an attempt to blackmail them. Now, no students are left in this PG; every batch has left due to numerous issues. The owner's business plan seems to rely on new students joining the PG and paying the full amount or in two installments. However, once you’ve paid, he stops listening to your problems. By the end of the first year, if you’re not satisfied and want to leave, he will simply say, "If you don't like it, you can leave the PG." Just like the second-year students who left after such incidents, you might also face similar issues. To avoid such problems, do not consider this PG, and please inform others during the physical reporting time as well.

Let me explain one thing never go in this pg as he had an living affair with as half age of his age and is the worst of the worst. entire family is in this buisness and no one give a shit about room hygiene If pg owner finds out that the validity is going to be expire hw will force you one week before to leave the pg I ve heard a lot of cases in which he abuses the students very badly and says that he is drunk and misbehaving along with different abusive and vulgar things first they try to manipulate the parents by showing different students success stories lived in that pg which is totally fake Second of they found out that you are going to leave the pg then they blames on your character that he is an addict and drinks alcohol and all that and abuses very badly forcing to leave their pg Third -He is characterless and can do anything for the money I ve heard that he tried to seduce a girl half of his age by giving a lot of money and the lady suddenly came to the pg for his complain Fourth -whenever your room bulb or fans stop working instead of solving the issue he mumbles about himself Fiftth -Mess is very unhygienic Sixth- They charge 1000 for a coller with doesn't makes any sense So also look at the negative side also and I strongly suggest you not to join this pg
