We thoroughly enjoyed this video & look forward to all your future progress! I’m a Polish Hillbilly. My mom was from Hamtramck & my dad from rural MI. My fraternal grandparents had a cabin in northern Michigan. No running water. A hand pump for water in the front yard, an outhouse in the back. A chamber pot for the wee ones. I so cherish those memories! Stay blessed! ❣️🙏🏻🖖🏻

How exciting to find the former owners, especially Molly! I loved the picture Janet sent, and her explaining how much love and care she put into the cabin and the grounds. It is neat that she can go through your videos and keep up with the progress. You look so reinvigorated to keep going with the remodel. You also look so well. Glad you are feeling better!

Way to go Candice. Finding the last owners that cared for that cabin. I was in Jasper GA yesterday on the way to Ballground GA. I waved! I have no idea where your cabin is located, and I don't need to know, my habit is to wave a hello as I go through cities where relatives , or friends live.

Was that a hawk feather you found when talking about the ghosts? Hawk feathers symbolize a strong sign of spiritual awareness. Used to carry messages to the spirit world in Indigenous culture.

Hi, Candice. Well, here I am, just over 2½hrs after the start of your video. This time, the ads worked in my favour as they popped up, giving me time to start/finish odd tasks around my home. I chose the option of watching rather than just listening bc I knew I wouldn't remember all the details about the cabin as the 'interview' progressed. Thoroughly enjoyed the stories about the ghosts, in particular the one about them entertaining baby Molly as she sat on the table. Thanks for sharing 👍

This is awesome!! Glad you were able to find and talk to past owners who actually lived in the cabin, so cool!! Our house was first put on record in the 1890's and the old man that lived across the street lived here as a small kid. We were in the process of getting some history on our house when his health went down hill and he passed away before he could share the knowledge. Could you by chance share how you went about finding info on your cabin?

Candice why don't you ask this lady & her hubby to come over after you have completed everything on it. All the restorations & repairs etc, etc in a year or two. Hopefully it SHOULD BE WELL FIXED UP by then. 🤞 It be so nice for you & your family to get together with her & her's Although if they stay it might be the RV for them 😁😁😁 But, i do hope you both couples or family get to meet up SOON!!!!

STILL NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!! 😠 Seems like it will take FOREVER OR NEVER!!!! But, I'm sure 1 day it will get finished. Just hope it doesn't take X amount of years & you get it complete by the end of the year HOPEFULLY!!!! But, probably unlikely another year or so proberbly. 🙁😟 But, i do hope when it EVENTUALLY!!!! It gets done it should be so rewarding. Just unfortunately is knowing WHEN ???? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄🙄
