Try try and do, I'm 56 and have no wrinkles on my chest decolletage! I've slept on my back for at least 15 years because of the risk of "those wrinkles".

Been sleeping on a memory foam pillow - has helped me to sleep on my back more but sometimes awake to find my face squished in the pillow from side sleeping. Now I'm ready for a pillow that prevents that as much as possible. Been really curious abt the Aura pillow. Had reservations whether it would be comfortable. With your vid, now I'm ready to purchase it - thank you!

Hi Mary, I bought this pillow yesterday bc of your video. I’ve been unable to sleep for months. I tried the YourFace Pillow and it is too low and uncomfortable. This one looks similar but better and has the extra height I need hopefully. It hasn’t arrived yet, but I contacted them and asked if they would send it immediately instead of the 1-2 week wait bc I’m so seriously sleep deprived and they very kindly sent it out to me straightaway. Thank you for your video and I hope I sleep as comfortably as you do with it. I’ll let you know how I go with it. Being uncomfortable is the main factor I’m not sleeping I think. Ive just bought all new bedding sheets and duvet too but I don’t know if it’s medical too, like thyroid or menopause or vitamin d deficiency (apparently that causes problems sleeping too). My sleep hygiene is perfect. I just don’t understand what’s going on. I also just ordered melatonin, l-theanine, GABA and glycine . Trying EVERYTHING!! Anyway, sorry for waddling on. I truly feel for you. Sleep deprivation is a particular form of torture. It became a real issue for me with menopause but I hope you find relief, like I have. Please come back and let me know what you think. It can take a lot of getting used to if you're not a regular backsleeper. I have a particular technique that got me there...

@@SkinObsessedMary, where there's a problem there's a solution. Clearly you need 3 pillows. :) I married a Brit and moved to Herts in 2000, before people were really meeting online. I'm a Minnesota girl and go home once or twice a year. Love your vids! It feels like watching an old friend.

@@wendyc3833 oh really? English hubby cool with that? I think the cold would kill me. I married an Irishman (1999) when I lived in San Francisco and we moved to Dublin in 2005. We split up a few years later but I stayed. I definitely prefer this side of the pond.

Jackson is such a beautiful little man! What kind of dog is he? Curious which of the two pillows you recommend for those of us who aspire to sleep on our back but can’t seem to? I’ve tried to train myself-bought the my pillow (cradles the head and has bumpers on the side) but the neck support wasn’t quite right. Like many people, I’ve spent way too much money trying to find the right pillow yet have never spent more than $100 on a single pillow. The right pillow is worth any price but the price of these is daunting because if it doesn’t work, that’s too much to spend in the quest for my holy grail pillow. I’m going to see if they offer returns if not satisfied in a certain time period. If so, perhaps this goes on my mother’s day list. Thanks as always for your great videos!!!!

Aww thank you - he's my man. He's a Miki. Not a breed I'd ever heard of until my friend in NY got one. Her breeder found a breeder in the UK (they aren't in Ireland) so I got him there. The sweetest little fella! Doesn't shed, doesn't bark (except at the postman, Joe) and doesn't need walks (our 3 flights of stairs is enough exercise, says the vet). My brother in CA just got one too. I got in touch with Sleep & Glow and they do have a 30 day return policy, so gives a bit of breathing room. Not at all, but I'm not prone anyway). I am holding the ends together in the photo so it's closer than in reality. I found it really comforting (snuggly) but if you lean towards claustrophobia, it may not be best.

Hi, I have the Omnia pillow for a few years now while it helps with side wrinkles I still notice it on the side of my eye if I don’t have my pillow positioned properly which I can’t quite figure out. I want to sleep on my back more as I am feeling pressure on my side and hips. Even neck I don’t find the omnia very comfortable. If I were to buy the aura which like you said the other wasn’t cheap and concerned of buying the aura… if I can’t manage to stay on back and turn my head to the side with the aura is there anyway of wriggling/smushing the face? The omnia if you don’t have your ear or head positioned just so to which I’m still trying to figure out which cradle it goes while being comfortable and it’s not that simple. Anyway the aura has me intrigued I feel it will force me on my back, seems probably better for my neck, might be more comfortable, but if I do tilt to the side without having those open holes will I be smashing my face?

I haven't actually tested the side sleeping thing. I found it happened more with the Omnia because it was built for it. I don't seem to move around or wake much with this pillow myself. And you're right about the Omnia, you do have find the 'right spot'.

@@SkinObsessedMary I guess what I’m asking is while sleeping on your back with the Aula if your head shifts to the side are the side boosters designed so that you’re not smashing your face or can you see that happening if I can’t resist shifting my head towards the booster sides a little? Or does it keep you in place to resist that which I would I love?

@@joannec9305 I think it’s definitely better than the a standard pillow and so far better than any other in the market. If you buy it you’ll see what I mean you can return it there’s spots where your head is suppose to go but it’s confusing which one is correct. Either way it’s definitely better than smooshing my whole face against a regular pillow. I’d get it for now till there’s something better

Ah, I want to sleep on my back. I wonder if Aula helps to get straight to it or would it be still uncomfortable to train to sleep on the back. Just thinking which one to get…I’ve tried to train myself for the back but I always give up when I don’t get my sleep.

It definitely takes time to get use to it. This video shows the process I use to sleep (it took about a year to get it down). Since this video, I've found Sleep & Glow pillows, which have made all the difference.

Now I’ve made diy arrangements with my millet husk pillow and put two pillows on side to prevent my head to turn. The millet takes a nice shape for my head. 😃 I definitely want a new pillow soon!
