the 1500 euros is international student fees, you still have to pay the tuition fee that a normal german student would pay...so the 1500 euros plus the tuiton fee

Sometimes it’s best to go directly to the shops and submit your application instead of applying online. Some places will take your Lebenslauf and others will tell you to send it to their email. All much faster than applying on the website, especially for jobs where you work in a restaurant or shop
