I'm surprised this has so few comments! It's wonderful. I am very very out of shape so I actually broke a sweat during this gentle workout, but it wasn't too much for me. I'm 32 weeks along with baby #3 and trying to build some strength and stamina for the big day!

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and my belly gets in the way of most of these exercises 😭😭
