Hi Eric. Thanks so much for sharing. This definately helps. We are looking for upgrading to a new launch condo for own stay this year, and we think the Orie is a good choice as there are many "Huat" HDB upgraders in Toa Payoh. However, we are currently staying at Tiong Bahru and there will be Zion Road parcel A new launch coming too. We know that Orie will have much better exit strategy compared to Zion, and Zion will be pricer too. But we are more used to the environment at Tiong Bahru area and it's very convenient here. In this case, should we go for Orie 4 bedder or wait for Zion to launch (probably only can afford 3 bedder at Zion)? Thanks you so much Eric!
