@@savvyericchiew thank you eric, i got 2 more questions. 1. What are the asset progression for single, is it die die must stick to 99 lh only or can go for 999/fh when one is going to retire? I still got another 20 yrs to go till 55, i think can sell every 5 yrs if lucky so 4 times to sell, if not 3 times only. 2. I don't know whether it is right time to sell current property as current property is meant for retirement village hence when i got it in 2014, the lease is 60 yrs only not 99 yrs.( i think experienced ppl know where liao haha), thinking is to get resale lh 3 rm condo near mrt, supposedly in green and purple line, if cannot find then red line lor.. if not now, then 5 yrs later.
