Wow 5:48 that house is priced similar to my area, in surprised cus I'm always seeing homes Soo expensive in every other state. It's crazy 350k in my state gets you a two story raised ranch, 2 door garage not separate, finished basement, in some states that same house goes for double. I feel like people's jobs dictate how expensive their housing will be, some states are just way more affordable some are outrageous

Are Cash buyers mostly older ppl, bc they could also use propstream and buy the comp by themselves instead by someone who calls them and just has a extra fee in the deal. Just trying to understand this RE business model

Great idea! And no, full time real estate investor, I stopped wholesaling so I could be the buyer and make myself wealthy instead of everyone else. At first though you can wholesale to stack cash but eventually want to be the buyer yourself

im confused as in my city, topeka ks, propstream seems to list all properties as mobile homes? so when i refine the comp search to single family it pulls up none.
