@@NoFate247 If I had it in a shake, I make sure that a banana is within the shake to emulsify it and not be so grainy. I may add peanutbutter or cacao beans for flavoring. For most cases I mix it with cheerios and milk to eat it like a madman. I view it as a means to an end, same thing with eating the whole dozen eggs a day lmao

I got the confetti cake...gotta say I prefer the muscle matrix chocolate peanut butter bliss. The perfect blend of sweet (not too sweet) and savory from the pb for a nighttime snack to squash my snack cravings and good for the night too. thx for getting me in this direction.

@@samrmills For the vanilla ice cream - really good, 8.5 or 9 out of 10 (mixed with water). Their chocolate ice cream is legit too with an 8/10. Both are really nice, crisp, no weird after taste and not overly sweetened (the use stevia)

RYSE Loaded Protein is hands down my favorite!! Not sure about the quality compared to others but it's by far the best-tasting. It literally has zero protein taste. Just straight delicious flavor. Oh btw, did you order the latest Pre-Workout of the Month from Alpha Lion? Superhuman Burn and Burn Non-Stim in the new Lion's Juice flavor (combo of Lion's Blood & Hulk Juice). I'd be curious to see you review that!

Thanks for the top protein pow/pows. I used to buy Fairlife Milk but then I saw a video of their workers abusing the cows. It was terrible and I never ended up buying their milk again after I saw the abuse. Big UP on the Nutrabio Grass fed winning! BOOM. I just bought the Macha again since last time I had this I was blown away by the taste and how smooth it was! The price is now WAY up on Whey but at $2 a serving with my discount I can deal with that. I just hope prices come back down! I also bought the Nutrabio Whey Banana cream Pie. I was tempted to get the Orange Cream or Pistachio Delight though. Anyone have those flavors? BTW, dig your bench! Never seen one of those bars before.

Naked brand grass fed whey protein powder (amazon). Only one ingredient. Grass fed whole milk, pasture raised organic eggs (both from TJ's), Fage whole Greek yogurt. Grass fed ground beef (TJ and Costco) Vital Protein Collagen (unflavored) periodically on sale at Costco (makes nails and hair grow, but NOT REgrow, lol) (Love me my fats tho.)

@NoFate247 mre lite banana nut bread buy 1 get 1 free liked it so much I emptied out 6 containers with no toilet issues... before nutrabio but so damn expensive... I also recommend isoflex chocolate peanut butter cup taste like reeses pieces.. super human hulk milk gave me the worst dumps Inwhich the label reads; digest emezydigestive enzymes.. that was a Lie... also a lie no gas and no protein farts... any protein that cost more than $50 that has less than 30 servings major rip off... before companies be making 30 servings no less than that... they make less servings and jack up the price... that doesn't make sense...
