Best Pub Camping Site? | Caravan Vlogs from Mac & Sarah

Welcome to another of our new caravan vlogs! This time we're excitied to be trying something we've wanted to do for ages, caravanning at a pub.
The Bat and Ball near Wibsorough Green in West Sussex is a very fine pub with a reputation for brilliant food so of course it was at the top of our list of places to try and it definitely did not let us down!

Lovely upload, looks a fab place. We stayed at a similar very nice pub campsite recently, The Mason's Arms in Odcombe near Yeovil, lovely thatched pub with good facilities and beer!

Hi Guys. Great video. We live about 10 minutes from that location and we've used the pub and its fantastic food (To die for). Unfortunately we've never stayed with the caravan as just never really gave it much thought. After this video think we just might. Tha ks for sharing Paul and Sarah

Oh really? Fantastic! Such a great pub isn't it? To be honest, I reckon even if you're that close, staying at the site is a great idea. You can enjoy a night out and a few drinks then just wander / stagger (😅) over to your caravan and you're home for the night! We'll definitely go back! Thanks for watching guys!!

You guys are living the (cara)van life! Another one right on our doorstep. We’re about to try the Abbey Wood site next week just outside London, using as a base for a couple of day’s sightseeing with little’un. Should be able to get more done than if we travel up for a day trip from home. Looking forward to that. I’ve just stuck this on my watchlist to enjoy with a cuppa later! :)

Club cadac - you’ll never look back ! Use it everyday when we’re away… it made it to 9 countries this year alone.. interested to ask, why did you swap from motorhome to caravan ? We’ve always been a caravan but you normally hear people change to motorhome

Ah I think we will probably invest in a Cadac 😀 wow 9 counties!!! There were two main reasons we changed from a motorhome. Firstly, ours was pretty old and was starting to need a lot of TLC. Secondly, as our dog got older (14 now) we thought that having a car with us would make things easier, so considered a caravan. And we haven't looked back, absolutely love it and works so well with our boy 👍

Nice review 👍 Club Cadac for us …just so versatile and easy to change from griddle to paella pan/ pizza stone etc and packs away relatively easily too ( well my wife tells me it does 😂).

@@MacSarah thanks was on a few motorhome cvan sites on ebay but they want nearly as much for postage as it is for the item a dont give business to greedy companies like that as the weight of a small piece of plastic isnt that much thanks anyway
