Love this, bro. I Googled M8 mid controls review and this video was second to the top. I was super stoked when I saw that you went with Performance Machine, because that’s where I was leaning. Seriously, great video.

Great job with your information and content. I too like the positioning and handling of a bike with mid controls weighing in at 800 pounds. My street glide is still on air, low and long. But I have thought of a performance bagger build. Keep up the good work.
@MichaelBertini2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Mid controls definitely help with that feeling of "lightness" as you mentioned. Air, low and long is still very nice. We all have our own tastes and styles. The only one thing I now believe every bike should have is a turbo setup. Now that I've felt how a boosted bike is, I don't think I'll ever go back after installing my turbo kit. 😬

I think you should ride one with it. Just sitting on it might not give you the full of effect. I think one you ride with it, you're going to want the same setup. I regret not doing it sooner. It's soooo much more control over the bike. It also feels much lighter in weight. 😍🤘🏼

Great video and excellent detailed step by step install-looking to add these to my 17’ Road Glide with my Feuling X pipe. Looks close in that gap between rear pipe and cam cover-and pivot shaft may fit my pipe. Would you happen to know distance from Trans bolt to shaft and a height measurement of the pivot shaft from a cam cover bolt or other height measurement? Also the width of the pivot shaft- Thanks 👍

I've started looking at ways to increase the lean angle on my bike. I've found myself dragging the stock floorboards pretty hard and assume that this is one of the steps. I have the exact same pipes on my bike and I get dark spotting on them. Have you noticed this on yours? I vented my head breathers to the ground, because my first assumption was that oil mist from the intake might be the cause, but I still seem to have the same issue.
@MichaelBertini2 жыл бұрын
These mid-controls will definitely help with the lean angle. Like several degrees more in lean angle. In terms of my pipe, I didn't notice any spots on them, but I also cleaned that exhaust a lot, so not sure if that would change things. Potentially. 😬🤷🏽♂
@ericjames76802 жыл бұрын
Do they fit with the stock header pipe? Their website does not say. Also can you still deploy the jiffy stand OK?
