Those would have been number 1 and 2 for me xD And I just know that simplified moveset would have been such a controversial pick haha xD Also, I wrote up some honorable mentions, and Champion is one of them! I'll have to make a community post later showing those :)

Surprised you didn’t include Regions like Howling Rift or Stormy Coast, those are my absolute FAVORITES and are incredibly well made.

U made a pretty reasonable top 10, and i agree with every part of it! Tho i just wanna share that for me in the top 1 will be Lush Mire, because its such a beauttiful place, it made me feel like i found my lost home! It gave me a motivation to try myself at making region myself, so my personal top 1 Lush Mire ^^

Lush mire is super detailed and incredibly well made, that's for sure! I just thought Mast was number 1 for me because it really feels like it could have been a DLC with how complete it is :)

@@lolight2 oh yeah i agree! While i was watching i've been thinking that Mast gonna get into at least top 3 x) for me The Mast was like a huge chunk of content that fits RW a lot and i enjoyed it!

the bond i have with rainworld cant be broken and this just strengthened it so much {i love all of these and as a first time player and still cant beat the game i have got to try these once i have and plus i thought the poacher was a lizard lol great blending i looked a little closer and laughed a bit}

i definitely agree with these, although i do think that just personally id add the outsider to this list haha HOWEVER, im not sure if anyone else has been experiencing this for a while like i have, but the outsider doesnt work anymore for me. it completely crashes my game if i try to load it, and if it does load in the visuals in-game are so terribly glitched that its unplayable :( im so sad about it, as the outsider is my favorite custom slugcat and is so fun to play, the sprite and wings are absolutely gorgeous and the flight is so smooth. idk if its on my side or the mod’s side that is broken but yeah haha, i have like 10 hours on it and im in love with the custom worldstate

I think I remember reading in the workshop page comments that it was a little buggy right now, but there is a chance it will get fixed so thats good! For me though, I prefer the simplicity of wingcat over the outsider, I think it fits a little better in the game :)

For a while I was wondering what's the big secret value of the B is, because the scug itself is just kinda silly. Now I know it's one of the OG modded scugs, which is respectable

Yeah, the Beecat somewhat kickstarted this all, and Vigaro (the mod author) is extremely helpful behind the scenes, a lot of modders learnt from it which is why we have such quality creations today :)

I have been meaning to eventually do a skin showcase that focuses on multiple skins in 1 video, but since that is a bigger project I felt like it would be a good idea to leave it for after December :p

good video i would say, definitely dificult to fit so much talent in without showcasing the entire workshop though! 😂 but happy new years, and have a good rest. you deserve it after a posting video every day. its a shame that one particularly armored medic would object to taking a rest though... "its just a scratch, dont piss your pants. get up!" anyways, now that the month and year is done and dusted, you could go find the quote video and listen to it if you havent already. the voice definitely adds to the lines.

Yeah exactly xD There were way too many good mods to fit into just 10 places, and I already kind of cheated too by including split up places with region and slugcat! I'll definitely slow down a bit now, but I'll make sure the videos keep coming :) And good job, you managed to do 1 quote a day, that is crazy!

The wingcat does NOT transform a stressfest into a relaxing game at ALL. It just frustrates to no end because you die every 5 seconds of having come into contact with any pixel of the background, and you WILL, and then fall to your death instantly. Do people even test anything at all before releasing anything? It's literally unplayable.

I can understand that, but if I were to include general mods they would probably dominate the list honestly :P Simplified moveset and SBCameraScroll would easily take first and second place, then you have the lizard sleep screens, slugpup safari, pups+, remix auto restart, and a bunch of others that just by pure utility would take over the other spots. This is why I decided to make the list content mods only, I assume most people looking for new mods to play already have the utility mods they want installed ^^

I always post with a slight delay because I work on videos late xP But one advantage of that is that it will cover every timezone, that way everyone gets to watch it on the "1st"

Kind of unfortunate that Incandescence did not make the list. _Spoilers on Incandescence if you want to experience it yourself first, as it makes a lot of changes to the world._ It has some extra mobility compared to normal slugcats, but not enough that it feels overpowered. More importantly, it has a fully customized world-state with many creatures being modified to show how they adapted to the frigid world. Not only are most of the spawns for creatures altered, but Many of them are recolored to an icy blue color to better fit the environment. Pole plants are silver in color, have larger leaves, and have a bit more hp. Mother spiders will slowly leak out coalescipedes when damaged (of course, doing the usual explosion of them upon death). Coalescipedes themselvs are also white and larger than normal versions, making it take less of them to be able to kill creatures. Icy blue lizards, a new lizard introduced by the mod, have look very unique looks, armor that slowly regenerates over time that can protect against things like spears and vulture bites, as well as makes creatures around it colder, which causes creatures captured by it to slowly die due to becoming too cold. Miros Vultures do not unreasonably target slugcats over everything else, making them slightly more fair. Stowaways are much more common and active, making them a threat you often look out for. Food such as blue fruit and orange mold have been reduced, entirely removed, or added to new locations, which overall makes obtaining food much more difficult. Many of the rooms have varied levels of being flooded, making them much more difficult to traverse, and may encourage the player to choose a different route. Some room connections are altered, which can lead to unexpected situations. A few of the rooms are also collapsed, forcibly changing the routing of some areas. Additionally, two of the echoes changed location and dialogue. Unfortunately, the mod is in permanent hiatus, and currently lacks lore. Despite that, it's probably my favorite modded slugcat due to how much it changes the world. Although be warned that it is rather difficult, it's easier than Inv, but harder than the rest of the campaigns.
