That range vs price graph is hilarious 🤣

How so? It's a graph of the ratio of the range divided by price. Every data point represents a range test we've done, but I've truncated the lower 2/3 of the graph because it was just too crowded. -Paul

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the data, but the graph has the same values on both x and y axis... Normally with a graph comparing price and range you'd have price on one axis and range on the other axis, so the points would be scattered all over the graph, and points with the lowest price and highest range would be nearest one corner... What you've done is worked out the value for price per range, and plotted that on both axis, so all the points go on one line. There's literally no reason to plot this on a 2D graph... To any mathematician or scientist this is hilarious 😆

I have to agree with dbrophy on this one. Since price is omitted, a simple 1D bar graph becomes the fastest to read option. The other issue with forcing this into a 2D graph is the text overlap, something you don't have with a 1D graph. Obviously both can work but when you see a 2D graph, the brain expects to see two data points. I had to pause at this point in the video, put my glasses on and stare at it for several seconds wondering if I was stupid or something.. haha. Yeah, I was genuinely surprised by the range. I was riding as fast as it would go too. I don’t think I’d like it with solid tires though. With no suspension the ride would be eye-watering. The Hiboy S2 is sort of my minimum level of suspension for solid tires (rear suspension plus honeycomb tires). -Paul

24.4 seconds for the M10 Pro vs 31 for the E2 base model. We haven’t tested the other version of the E2 but with higher top speed we expect it has better hill climbing as well. -Paul

I’d knock that reliability score down a few points. I have an x7 pro and it’s a piece of junk. The LCD screen and break lever both required repair within the first six months (didn’t drop it, didn’t ride in the rain, was very careful) it randomly goes in and out of kick start which support is boggled by and won’t do anything to fix. Support is offshore and abysmal at best, to the point where my local repair shops won’t even use their parts and goes direct from China instead as they can’t contact TurboAnt if they have questions. The repair shop also sees a disproportional number of TurboAnts and says its because of low build quality. I have spent hours and hours on the phone troubleshooting my scooter and TurboAnt was useless. They don’t honour the warranty if you’ve ever let the scooter out of your sightline even once so it’s basically useless anyways. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND! I have upgraded to an Apollo city and love it. Great customer support that they’ve worked hard to improve over the years

I know this is a cheap scooter, but seriously! Why can't scooters have buttons next to the handgrips just like the majority of ebikes do. Very unsafe for any scooter rider to take their hands off the grip to change things on the center dashboard ! Not recommended. I'd outlaw them!😡 Auto-Cruise can be annoying and unsafe when you don't want it, worse if it can't be deactivated like this one. A 3-button control pad should be the bare minimum IMHO. 1) Ride Mode 2) Cruise 3) Power / Headlights (double click)

The kinda certification that means your battery won't burst into flames randomly like one of the junk scooters on the market. Also in certain areas, non UL certified scooters are illegal or illegal to sell.

Did you have punctures or pinch flats? One thing that really helps with pinch flats (impact flats) is keeping the tire pressure high. -Paul
