you charmer you! your excitement made me anticipate something fantastic and wow did this place deliver! nick, it is a showstopper making me hard pressed to say what would be may favorite part!!! the many beautifully detailed features here are so sumptuous! from the colors to the wallpaper to the marble and ceilings and tiles and woodwork--it's design is exquisite! (that doggie is living the life eh?) lol it is like a dream one doesn't want to wake from! those beams and that view of the room below lends a beautiful feel to this place too! you can feel the old! the rooms with a view of old venice have shown me pure italian class and ambiance that make my inner italian sigh! what a grand place - but not a bit pretentious - it just speaks for itself needing no explanation - just enjoyment because this absolutely lovely place is beyond words in what it offers!!! well, you've done it again nick! thank you for the wonderful tour :) :) :)

This is an exceptional property. The woodwork is superb. I think the design and restoration of the ceiling in the main room may be the best that you've shown. Nick, this must be the most beautiful " apartment " i have ever seen! I am usually not crazy about strong colors, but the color scheme they used here, together with the furniture and all the rest of the decor is a feast for the eyes ! That, together with the location of this property makes it a wonderful real estate investment. Just before you said the price i guessed it was going to be € 2 million, i was short by € 100, 000 ! I too was going to buy this property without hesitation if i have this kind of cash. Well done nick !

Wow, that’s certainly a price! I’m unfamiliar w/ Venice so I’ll assume that’s reasonable. I don’t typically comment on owners personal decor, but my god, this is perfection from floors to ceiling. Stunning wallpapers. They would have to include the corner chair in the guest room because after seeing it, nothing else would ever suit that spot. Fantastic views, even. I’m impressed by the layout, works really well. This is a real stunner, even if it were completely empty.

More shocking than the beauty of this property, was the reasonability of asking price. As a huge fan of the Guido Brunetti novels, I must assume that at closing another 2M Euros cash was to be brought to seller. Or, is that not done anymore?
