Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder...2 tbl spn
Turmeric.......1 tbl spn
Coriander powder.1 tbl spn
Cooking oil.....1 cup 70ml
Bay leaves...2-3

Garam masala powder...2 tbl spn
Brown onion 100g or 300g raw fresh onion
Ginger Julians
Mint and Coriander leaves
