Hello guys note 1 kg mutton korma for home cooking
Mutton / Beef 1 kg
Yugart 250g
Cinnamon 3
Black paper 15
Cloves 10
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbl spn
Mix well and cook 15 minute medium and low flame
Crushed coriander 2 tbl spn
Red chilli 1/2 tbl spn
Turmeric 1 tea spn
Salt to taste 1 tea spn
Brown crushed onion 5 tbl spn or 2 medium size
Cooking oil 150ml and fry 10 minutes
Water for gravy 500ml
And last add Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tbl spn
