Ugh, I really do miss some of these restaurants from my time living there. My favorites were Fuku Ramen, La Bamba (rip), El Gran Patron, Archibald's, and, probably my all time favorite, Reggae Flava. Druid City Social used to have a kitchen, and they had an unbelievable, restaurant quality version of KFC's mashed potato bowl, but the kitchen closed a couple years ago. I was absolutely crushed when it did.

That's too bad that some of those restaurants closed down as they sound really good. I'll have to remember the other ones for a future visit!

I can also recommend Central Mesa for Mexican food with fantastic flavor, Chucks Fish (a bit pricey though), Five, and Mugshots (incredible burgers) - all downtown.

Thanks for the recommendations! I'll have to keep these in mind the next time I go there.

The football program is not just successful 'these days", it's one of the most successful programs in the history of college football. Even without Nick Saban the university would still be a top 5 program.

Very well said! I think their football team will continue to prosper for many years to come.

I'd have gone to dreamland bbq but thats just me
@scottman895 Жыл бұрын
I saw great things about that place, but I ended up not going there because I wanted to focus more on restaurants which can only be found in the area. I noticed that Dreamland BBQ had locations in nearby Georgia.
