You got some little known ones, impressive like Mill, waterclubs and you mentioned the sunsets. Pretty thurough. Here are the ones you missed: Maple leaf square (65 and 55 bremner),135 Dalhousie (Merchandise lofts) (Again no accounting for location),12 degrees (20 Beverly), Luna (25 capreol and 8 telegram mews at cityplace which is 2nd to none actually. BTW Radisson has a condo component as well. You should really include Luna in the top 10. I think thats all of them...
