Each of the routes up Snowdon offers different views with one side of the mountain rather bland and another very rocky and rugged.

Having done all the routes many times , I totally agree with your rankings 👌🏼. Crib goch is the only route you CLIMB Snowdon 😉

Thank you. I've done a few other climbing/scrambling routes that lead to Snowdon: Tregalan Couloir, Y Gribin, Clogwyn y Person Arete, East Terrace of Cloggy (all vids on my channel) but I know what you mean; Crib Goch is the main non-walking route up to Summit.

I did a circular route using the Ranger path and Rhyd Ddu path. I agree that the Ranger path isn't the most exciting, but as a bonus the footpath that links the two routes together at the end takes you past a disused slate quarry, and the waymarker posts actually take you over the slate spoil heaps which I though was a really nice bonus after the walk, especially as we had that area all to ourselves on the day!
