I go from being as happy as can be to extremely sad and depressed in a matter of minutes... The medication I'm on helps a lot though, so I'm slowly getting better. I am indeed Stephen- I never truely left though, however.. My brain sort of did go on a hiatus for a while... I'm feeling ok'ish at the moment though, the medication I'm on helps a lot - albeit I still have some issues controlling my moodsvings. One minute I'm as happy as can be and moments later my mood plummets and I'm back down the dumps. Having music on has proved to help imensely, so I pretty much listen to music constantly. Sorry for the slightly late reply, we've had some issues with our internet the last couple of days. I'm doing ok'ish at the moment. I'm still learning how to deal with my moodswings and temper.
