Saddle hunting in the field I have the multitool saw or a very small Outdoor Edge Saw. I will not be dropping 1-2” branches as I hang and hunt mobile making a racket. For setting up hang on stands on private that I leave for the season I have enjoyed a compact Silky or Bahco saw I use for camping and yard work

I’ve used those ez cuts for years best pruners on the market, I recommend getting an extra blade just to have they sell blades for them.

I like to carry a Swiss Army knife that has a saw when hunting mobile. Very good saws and even smaller tool than leatherman.

I’m curious on why the sound of the opening/closing of the saw makes a difference. Isn’t any sound of the saw going to be nothing compared to the sound of the sawing?

@@beforetheecho Nighteyes HL08 Red is an incredible light. I never would have spent $140 on a headlight until I walked the woods with someone who had one and I ordered mine the next day. Makes a HUGE difference if going into an area you don’t have dialed in and need to see but don’t like a white light. Just be sure to carry a white light for blood trailing.

I have very good luck with Fenix lights. Their small headlamp is awesome.
