Traditionally, I have always done bro splits, but I am interested in switching everything up and trying something completely new. I have been looking for a full body routine, but I have found nothing so organized and succinct as the one here that you have so generously shared. My goals are lean muscle ripped. I am committed for 6 months of diet and routine. Yeah, I have a lot of work to do, ha! Quick question, I want to do at least 5 days, but I am conscious of over training as I have made that mistake in the past. Citing Brad Pitt Fight Club workout, he performed 2 hours of high heart rate cardio per week. Do you think 1 hour of cardio on Tues and Thurs would compliment this routine? Still maintaining 2 days of rest on weekends? Many thanks for all the valuable information, all best.
