For example a day focused on weak points like arms, shoulders, calves, I was thinking of Monday : FB Wednesday : FB Friday : FB and then Saturday something like "Weak points day" (For example a workout consisting of not so taxing movements to the CNS like: lateral raises, rear delt work, biceps work, calves work, etc.) I've been training consistently for almost 2 years now.
