Lee Haney Split is far superior to ppl and bro. it allows for more recovery, more stimulus for the arms and shoulders, and it doesn't destroy your elbows like Arnold Split. He ran 3 on 1 off, but I don't particularly like that. I always prefer to train my legs on Tuesdays and Fridays, and alternate Chest/Arms, Back/shoulders days on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Easily the goat Split.

Is Lower before Upper so bad that it'll slow down gains? I train with my brother and we do opposite routines to save time. I do lower and he does upper.
@HasbullasBurner4 күн бұрын
No it should not be. Never take advice from a dude on gear. If you are just starting to lift put all your effort into form and mechanics. Make sure you’re doing shit right before just loading up and destroying your body bc some jackass who took the easy way to get big told you to lift heavy. Be smart men
@A989103 күн бұрын
I don't see your point
@HasbullasBurner3 күн бұрын
@ he isn’t putting in real work. If you are a new lifter and start heavy you are going to kill your body. Dont be an idiot. Lifting heavy is good at times but having control of the weight and proper form is far more important to building muscle

@jamesspiegel91186 күн бұрын
My favorite cycle as a natty. Muscle groups are in order of what I train that day except Thursday Monday-Chest, triceps, side delts Tuesday-Back, biceps Wednesday-legs, calves, side delts Thursday- triceps/biceps Friday-shoulders, chest, calves

@carlosmorris45108 күн бұрын
It all depends on your individual recovery ability... And the volume per session should be adjusted to the frequency. Once a week for the very largest body parts (back & legs) is fine, imo.

Bravo for your try!!! Welcomebut not qualified try. Are you a Doctor? Sorry with all my respect, what is your physical age, and what is your practice/expirience age too? I don't say any comment about what you said/describe/suggest, and this because it is self explanatory for the people know, and for the non expirience people is a welcome start. But i will criticize you on your video how you done the exercises movement. It is terible, sorry but i try be honest. You will have issues in few weeks if you continue a such workout as Dorian, if you will not learn how you have to cerrect the movement and the timming. But who I am? I don't have the right to say my opinion !!! I am just 59 years old, with wrestler champion roots from the age of 14, and my first time i start workout with weight [bodybuilding] it was in the age of 17 years old. Till then, periodically i continue to have workout with weights, special the last decade of years, where i stop the practicing in some fight technics. In order to avoid a misunderstanding, with this message i want to support you mentaly, for continue to try, learn, but to be more carefully what you say, and most important how you motivate the each exercise in your video. And one more last tip for you. Study and try to learn, what kind of strach is usefull in each athlete, and what it is prohibited, also try to learn about warm up-prevention and activation matters.

“ i would say yeeaah! I would say we need to apply it on an individual basis. “. Silly question. Ridiculous answer. Very unserious. Delete this if you want to be taken seriously. Just say the truth, plain and simple. If you love lifting weights, you will continue to improve. At some point you will reach your limits. It takes years of passionate dedication and you will know how far you want to go. Don’t take anabolics unless you plan on becoming a professional athlete. There is a price for using them. Nothing they offer is permanent. But what you build for yourself is always with you. Period.
