Jab tak rate under around 60k/sqmt tha, tab tak ye sab bekar batata tha, ab jab rate 1L/sqmt se bhi upr chale gye hain tou ye lene ki salah de rha. Agar eske purane video dekh lo, tou samjh ayegi ki ye kaisa advice deta hai, Bhai tum property ki review de, feedback de, but future prediction mat kr, bcoz usme tou nill hai, dabba biklul, wo bhi bina dhakkan k. Sector 2-3 ko tune bekar bataya tha, aaj k date me jaake dekh le. Aur tujhe kya lg rha kai jo 300sqmt aur 200sqmt plot lega, wo teri ye video dekh k lega. Mere khyal se ek video bna jisme apne viewer se maafi maang, aur aage se saare video me disclaimer dala kr.

Invest in greater faridabad. You will easily get 135 sq yard plot at 85k-90k per sq yard in gated society and in 3 years it will be 1.25L.

@@desiborat There are 4 major roads as per connectivity. 1. Dehi mumbai expway from which you will reach sarai kale khan in 15 minutes.(under construction 2024 deadline) 2. Faridabad Noida Gaziabad ( cant comment when it will be completed) 3. Manjhawali Road - that will connect Greater Noida with Greater Faridabad.( will be complted in 2024) 4. Jewar Airport link- that is being constructed from sector 65 faridabad (will be complted in 2025)

@@desiborat you want to invest or live there. That is also a question. Many new projects are being launched there. But as per your budget i would suggest you sector 89, 84 and 98. Go for Puri kohinoor project as the appreciation and development is fast. Sector 81 is also good but i doubt that might go beyond your pocket. Villas are also there is 88 and 89 sector. Dont go for 97 sector and beyond bcs that area will take 10-15 years to develop.

रेट गिरने का कोई Fix समय नहीं होता मगर ग्रेटर नॉएडा की प्रॉपर्टी के ये Actual Rate नहीं है जो ज्यादा लम्बे समय तक Survive नहीं कर सकते इसलिए जिन लोगों को ये लगता है रेट एक बार भड़ने के बाद गिरते नहीं है वो लोग शौक से आज के समय में प्लाट खरीद सकते हैं मगर जो Gentry यहाँ प्लाट ले सकती है उनका इतना बजट नहीं है और जिन लोगों का बजट है उनको ग्रेटर नॉएडा दूर लगता है या नापसंद, इसलिए रेट गिरना तो तय है अब या वो 6 महीने बाद गिरें या इलेक्शन के बाद ।

Sir ap last 3 saal se rate girane mein Lage hai aur rate 3 to 4 times increase ho Gaye hai but ap haar manne ko tayyar nahi jabki puri duniya jaan chuki hai ap hare hue Khiladi ho ap to Maan jao 😅😅😅😅😅😅

Update - Apple’s IPhone manufacturing plant for India and export that was a Tata venture will not be coming to Greater Noida. Instead Tata has taken up Wistron’s plant in south India. Sadly, a setback since the Jewar airport was being made for commercial operations only. Let’s see what other investing companies decide. The reason being stated is the ridiculous pricing that is making investors pull out.

@@propertyduniya I am end user,i purchased in 2009 in sec 36 ,120m,it has appreciated more than 4 times it's actual cost (as in 2009) I think you don't have appropriate knowledge I am seeing your channel past many years Most of your prediction go wrong and people land up in purchasing plots and flats at higher prices Property hasn't come down in g noida Still you are dreaming it will come down Guys go by your knowledge.
