The interest rate is not only the reason for the price decline. A major problem for builders is higher inventory, if they can't able to sell these inventories they will give you the discounts and prices will be declined.

Last 4 months se sale down ho gayi hai property mein, ab rate mein girawat aapko saal ke end Tak dikhna shuru ho jaayegi, ye mera anumaan hai, baaki aapko kuch purchase karna hai to jaroor kijiye, kanhi aap bhi baad mein ye na bolein ki aapne mere chakkar mein nahin khareeda.
