This is the first of two volumes, a really old compilation that we think my dad bought on cassette in the early 80's from Gaz Mayalls dad at a market stall in Camden. Some nice old school ska and reggae, This lot of music came from Vinyl, was recorded onto cassette and then onto CD, to the computer. hence the sound quality is a bit crackly and truly original! This is amazing. proper old school ska. l grew up with this happy beat, we should play theses tunes to people with depression. and weight problems.!!!!.. if these's tunes don't get you moving, then you must be clinically dead. hehe..people don't dance any more, not like they used to when l was a kid in the 60's Dancings sooo good for ones sole.......

Hey guys, I don't have a track listing, but someone posted a pretty accurate one early on for it, so together we can try and fill in the blanks. this was a cassette with no writing on it and no inlay, that my dad got from someone at Camden market in the early 80's. I've got to try and delete something out of the second one where part of it was accidentally recorded over - failing that I'll up load it with the funny over recorded part...

That First Track Is Fantastic. All I Can Determine Is That It Is Likely French. The End of The Song Features Two Phases, The Last of Which Sounds Just Like "C'est Donc" Which Means "It is therefore". I Cannot Make Out The First Phrase. Good Luck and Thanks For This Fantastic Post.
