Nothing about the interior of the RAV4 comes even close to to the quality and the modern design of the KIA Sportage. That’s not even debatable.

I've driven both because this is my current choice. The RAV4 is circa 2018 and the Sportage is circa 2028. To each his own but RAV4 is way over due for an update in the interior/tech.

Bought a new Rav4 for my wife in 2012. All it ever needed was gas, oil change, tires and brake pads. After 12 years it's still going strong. Will probably upgrade to a new Rav4 soon and give this one to the teenager.

I just ordered my sportage and it's due in early October. Love the blind spot video on the dash and the entire dash is a thing of beauty 😘👩🏼‍🍳kiss😁. I am literally counting down the days till I get the☎️call saying it's arrived and come and get it.

@Auto_Trend Great review 👍 I have seen a few comparisons for the hybrids but still skeptical as to which one to get. Like reviews for anything else some people are biased one way or the other while some give the pros and cons like you do. I like the KIA for it's quietness, roominess and modern look and features but not sure about the turbo engine. I don't see them around much either. RAV4s are everywhere! It will be great if you can do a review, I'm sure there are others on the fence as well.

Very informative. We are like many , trying to decide between these two. Looking at hybrid models. Fuel is impotent to us. But not ready to go full electric. Lot of work still to be done on that level 😂

Why are we comparing any junk Kia product with a Toyota in the first place ? Kia should be compared to other Hyundai . Toyota with Honda

Hi, I definitely understand your point, but because they're so closely priced I think it's necessary to educated people on why Toyota is a better pick. I know rav4 beats sportage in almost all aspects but it’s just the looks, Panaromic sunroof and wide touch screen that made my heart melt for sportage😅 happy to own one tho respect for rav4

indeed, kia owner here, sportage bought me with that wide screen instantly, it just looks uniformly sleek and elegant. I can't stand those height and space differences between the clocks and the tablet like separate screens.
