This kitchen is so efficient, you can see it in the speed of the service. And the chef looks like he really loves what he's doing. I like how friendly and chatty he is compared to the usual chefs/cooks in these videos who are usually more reserved.

I like watching how the chef takes good care of his kitchen. I love Ramen noodles and fried rice.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful restaurant I'm starving, good fortune to you and keep up the great food and great service.

Looks so good! I will try if I visit there. One question, where can I buy the Gyoza making machine please? Other suggestion, the cooked rice put in the plastic container will get some smell, better using stainless steel container to mix the rice and premixed veggies like carrots and onion. Thanks!

I have to say that I don't understand it all but I feel it's professional work that people love. I can easily see how clean and professional they run their restaurant, and my Oh my; how delicious it looks Wow! I'm on my way there.
Bom trabalho 👏👏 Porém, lamentável não haver legendas em português para um país que mais tem orientais. Repito, bom trabalho ! 👏👏👏 🇧🇷

Interesting to see many Japanese places serve kimchi, which is Korean in origin. I've found many Japanese dishes are not too spicy - which suits my taste. I've also seen the Japanese version of kimchi which is quite different, although the one in the video looks closer to the Korean version. Anyways, great video - much love from Canada!

7:00 This was such a fun watch! Caught it during my lunch break, and now I need to try some of these foods. I just shared a video on Japanese street food if anyone’s curious to see more!
Yep it is the best. There's is noodle, soups and meat. I have never in my life think that street noodles would become a sensation and sell for like $20 a bowl in the US compare to other countries food. Japanese always finds way to overrated the simplest things up to jack up the price.
no doubt lard will make everything taste better... but am afraid it will lead to a lot of health issues in the near future for many simply because of what it is.......
