I love how grateful the customers are. They still had smiles on their faces when he ran out of noodles. I live in the U.S. and theres something about Japanese or Asian cultures that Americans can surely learn from. Thank you for sharing this experience.

Alas, in the last ten years the Japanese have been learning gangsterism from the United States - violent attacks, robberies, theft and deception have begun. There is nothing strange that foreigners are doing this, but it’s scary that the Japanese themselves - especially youngsters - have begun living out of it...

I love how he serves, I feed my family the same way. By the faces and satisfied smiles we know the food is scrumptious. He mentioned his parents had a business, I hope they’re alive to see how successful their son is. I grew up with a lot of children whose parents owned businesses, like this man they are hard workers with integrity. I love to cook, I wish I could have gone to cooking school. I have three adult children that live with me, they love my cooking! I had surgery, my daughter lost weight. My disabled twins were very happy when I could cook again. I’m buying a Wok to learn how to make Chinese food, it doesn’t look easy. I make a lot of Mexican food, I grew up with it so it’s easy. Don’t you love watching people that love to cook and please? I love the way he always smiles when preparing and serving food for everybody... This clip really inspired me to start pursuing my dream of opening an Udon restaurant in my country. I truly want to run a family business like this with my wife

I can’t believe how clean this city is. Every citizen’s responsibility and decency to be respectful of common grounds is admirable. I’d love to live there.
Thank you for making this video 1 hour long. I hope your future videos are all 1 hour or more. It is very relaxing watching him cook and I very much respect the chef and Japanese culture. Making it 1 hour long gives me enough time to relax, like ASMR, and put me in a different mood, in a different time and space.
He looks very happy doing the work he likes,not a lot of people have that attitude.. I wish you more success happy man,more power to you and stay healthy..

After being stationed in places like Korea, and spending a 9 hour layover in Tokyo exploring the little ramen shops, and seeing the world in general thanks to the Army, I've grown to truly appreciate the "small business owners" of the world. The one thing they all share, no matter the country, is an iron will and a refusal to take the easy way out. They all have an amazing work ethic, and a deep pride in what they do even if all they can afford is a tiny hovel or even a little modified hotdog cart. These folk don't do it because they love money, or want to become famous, they work hard because they LOVE their occupation, and want to share their skill and passion with the people around them. My deepest respect to this chef, he exemplifies the core philosophies of what it takes to be a proper chef, and I hope he succeeds until the day he can finally retire with honor.

You have noodle making skills that are excellent. I love the one big noodle that you add - it makes your noodles have a fun trademark. You are always measuring and tasting to make your food excellent everytime. If I was in Japan I would beg you to sell me your broth by the gallon and your uncooked noodles by the pound. We are both left handed. In America we say " if you are left handed you are in your right mind!
