Bhai @unknown56883 1. Minimum 3.5liters water a day 2. No Jaggery/White sugar/Added Sugar......Sirf fruits ki sugar is okay 3. Once a week detan using haldi, besan and curd(Preferably Sunday) 4. Night me ye routine face wash and ye serum then moisturize 5. Din me sunscreen Six months down the line you will thank me
