best shoes for the gym

Hi Alex, great video. Switching to barefoot shoes was a game-changer for me. They let my feet move naturally, which helped improve my posture and balance. Over time, I noticed my feet and legs getting stronger too. I wear Hykes Escapes, and they’re comfortable, minimalist, and durable. It’s like getting back to the way our feet are supposed to work. What do you think about barefoot shoes for working out?

Yes the Nike metcon free 4 is great for the gym. I have the crimson color.

Hey dude! Great to see your latest upload. I'd like to share my professional recommendations for our lifestyle. Training: Anything in APL (Atheltic Propulsion Labs) training section. My two favorites are the 1)TechLoom Tracer, and 2) Ascend. BEWARE APL is known for their high cost, but they're worth it! I think you would ROCK out their basketball shoes, (and their slides are ADDICTIVE!) Running: On Cloud: Cloud Surfer, Cloud Nova, and Cloud Runner. Cycling: Reebok and Adidas cycling shoe.

I’ve been wanting to try APL for a hot minute!!! I don’t buy that many “athletic shoes”, I stick more to casual so I can wear them at the gym and out ya know! Maybe I’ll splurge for some APL’s soon🔥🔥
