If shouts were this good in vanilla, it would have helped balance the warrior path in comparison to the assassin path if you assume shouts prevent you from sneaking. The assassin path was overwhelmingly the best, most broken path in vanilla.

@@xjam99 PRT being made to be tweaked like photographs & movie pictures you can do a fantasy one yourself, there is even some preset exemples to use as base for beginners.

Another mod I'd recommend was Vortikai's Dragon Aspect. It's make Dragon Aspect to be toggleable and unlimited used.

I don't think any of these shout reanimations are that great. They use the character's hands and even shields, while shouts (as the name says) are supposed to be summoned by the thu'um's user's voice

I look at it as, when you are breathing in a lot you need to move your chest stomach and shoulders, and when you breathing out you relax those areas, so your arms are gonna move together with your body. Like in martial arts you need to use your body weight with the punch, same with the shouthing

I like that ultimate Dragonborn shot one that gives you all the shouts in the beginning of the game, I needed something like that the other day when I played that rigmore mod in Tamriel or Citadel, anyway cuz that mod requires you to have some shouts in order to play that mod, and because after a while of your game corrupting saves or the save game becomes bloated and it becomes a lot longer to save your game manually, I didn't want to run into that issue but I also didn't want to go and lore friendly my way to get those shots that I needed in order to play that mod, so I had to console command little shouts for me, but I would have rather had my full spectrum of shouts because in the story I was already a Dragonborn and I've been a Dragonborn for 4 years straight before you start that rigmore Quest, so you have all of your abilities at that point, but I chose instead to play the game without my full spectrum of shouts to use, it's too bad that QA smoke only allows you to have access to the Dragonborn shouts from the Dragonborn DLC, it's too bad I can't just click a button and QA smoke that gives me all the freaking shouts, but nope I guess I have to download a mod for that or console them in when I need them.

Ive been playing this game since launch. I never used shouts in 10+ years outside of story reasons because the recharge times are stupid. Now I use mods to remove the recharge time and it's like discovering the game all over again.

The animation mod is dependent on Adar, which is causing a problem for some that have the most updated recent version of SSE. Also the perk skill tree is also not compatible with the most recent version

That's why you should downgrade your game to 1.5.97 with the patcher and not worry about game getting updated all of a sudden and needing mods to be updated.

Is the second mod compatible with vok/ordinator? Tbh shouts really need the boost imo but I tend to use something like the shout tweeks mod due to it only touching some of the more... underwhelming ones.

Me personally I would prefer that the Unrelenting Force didn't use the hand gestures as it makes it look like a spell then a shout, and the whole thing about Fus Roh Dah, the most iconic in the series and the first you learn fully, is that you blast your foes away with immense power manifested through the Thu'um itself, it is *THE* Shout of Skyrim

You already become so overpowered so quickly that any of these is obviously just going to be MORE op. Not that the shouts couldn't use a little change -- the cooldown times render them an afterthought. You already need a difficulty mod, so maybe one of these makes sense, but they all seem excessive to me. I bet there's a simple "shorter cooldowns" mod -- maybe I'll try that.

I never bother using the shouting, make no sense on the story of the game to have those weird kind of power... They should had replace it with some defensive auras you cast before battle or slight increase movement and nothing else. Killing more dragons would help to improve this basic skill and end of the story.

@@ThunderKat have you tried the immersive overhaul of shouts mod? I thought that was amazing and changed the whole combat system regarding shouts, can actually use them regularly in combat without a 5 minute cooldown. I also used it with Thunderchild due to them both being compatible.

@@Pebblewhiteface at this point I will wait a couple of years for Skyrim 6...The game fill outdated on the combat mechanics. I try 400 mods and despite the good graphics the mechanics on the game fill old as fk. I probably endup playing Horizon Dawn expansion or some other open world game before I go back to the nightmare of moding that game. I still keep those 60GB worth of mod none the less.
