Love your way of cooking, love sindhi language ❤ I miss hearing sindhi a lot nowadays as got married into Punjabis. I somehow feel if you add powdered masalas before bhunoing the besan the masalas will burn and you cannot know how well you have fried the besan. I suggest they be added post besan. And for sure no dhaniya powder

I am a Sindhi we don't put baigan, nd aloo nd we don't put dry masalas first we cook(fry) the besan nd when it's raw flavour goes we put cooked Tuar dal Or cooked tomato pulp. Never heard of this weird Sindhi curry. Never used Soya bean oil 😢
